Richard dedicated his life to serving his country, always putting others before himself. He played a vital role in the 24th Special Operations Wing, where he trained fellow Airmen to excel in challenging environments, including his recent deployment to Alaska for critical training exercises. His commitment to excellence was evident as he helped transform undeveloped locations into fully functional bases, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of his team.
Beyond his military duties, Richard was a big brother to all, a mentor who inspired those around him to strive for greatness.
